Dr. Serrano delivers an exceptional standard of care. As a patient with significant dental sensitivity and TMJ-related muscle and bone buildup, I have historically found dental procedures to be uncomfortable. This visit was entirely painless. Dr. Serrano demonstrated a high level of clinical precision, attentiveness, and awareness of my specific concerns throughout the appointment. Strongly recommend.

I have a major phobia of going to the dentist, and I've tried so many different dentists. This practice was by far the best that I've ever been to. From start to finish, the staff and dentist helped ease my anxiety and made the procedure as comfortable as possible. I will definitely be going back to them!

My experience was nothing short of amazing. It had been some time since I was last at the dentist and I was having pain. Rhiannon, the hygienist, and Dr. Serrano were so informative and helpful, and I left with a great plan of action to get the work done! I'm actually not scared to go back, which is huge for me. I was so impressed I made appointments for both of my daughters, and they were also happy with the experience, as happy as teenagers can be, anyway! Highly recommend this practice and staff.

Due to covid, I hadn't been to the dentist in quite some time. Dr. Gregory Serrano was not only professional, but made me feel comfortable right from the start. Dr. Sherif Radwan explained some issues to me, didn't pressure me into the treatment, and accommodated me right away. The office staff is amazing and so helpful, answering all the questions I had. I highly recommend this office, especially if you dislike dentists the way I did. Completely changed my point of view!

I was surprised at how much I didn't mind getting a root canal. Dr. Serrano and his tech Mariah were so attentive, making sure I was comfortable every step of the way. They made me laugh with their banter during the procedure and quelled any fears I had going in, making the 3 hour process go by so fast. I've never been to a dentist office that keeps you as well informed and comfortable as the team here. I highly recommend.

I've had a great experience. Dr. Serrano is wonderful, taking his time and caring for his patients and their pain tolerance. He explains things thoroughly and works in a gentle manner. Dr. Serrano has given me my smile back.

As a person who has white knuckled the dentist and has had extensive dental work done over my lifetime, I have finally found Dr. Serrano and his staff. His professionalism, honesty, compassion, and understanding go beyond! So happy to have found a dentist I trust and have every confidence in. Highly recommended.
